Health Information Sessions offered at the YMCA/Bone Health Information and Discussion Group
Information sessions on a variety of health related issues are offered approximately monthly at the Bangor YMCA. There is generally a speaker from the health care field or related health field to provide information and lead the discussion on their area of expertise. Some examples are a nutritionist to discuss nutrition for bone health, a pharmacist to discuss vitamins and supplements, a speaker on the benefits of meditation, etc.
These sessions are free and open to anyone interested in the topic.
