Robin Long is Retiring! Join us for a Retirement Gathering for Survivors and Screening Members!

After almost 23 years of working at Caring Connections, Robin Long is retiring from her position of Caring Connections Manager. She will be spending her time down at her new house in Lamoine, ME - almost right on the beach! We are so excited for her, but oh so very sad for us!
To demonstrate some how important Robin has been at Caring Connections (as well to the local community), I invite you to read our responses when Caring Connections staff nominated her for the Dr. Wendy J. Wolf Health Leadership Award last August. Robin was not awarded the honor, but we at Caring Connections continue to celebrate the work she has done over the past 23 years. Caring Connections is hosting a Retirement Gathering for Survivors and Screening Members on Wednesday, June 12th from 4-6 pm at the Bangor Region YMCA's Isaac Farrar Mansion, 17 2nd St., Bangor, ME. H'orderves and desserts will be served. If you would like to bring a food item or flowers to decorate, please contact Leanne Bishop at LBishop@bangory.org to be connected to the volunteers organizing the food and decorations.
There will be another retirement party for those that would like to celebrate and honor Robin, with all - friends, family, community, providers, and survivors - being welcome. More information on this event will be forthcoming.
