The Manager is a community organizer who develops, implements, manages and evaluates Caring Connections goals while increasing the program’s impact and visibility through strong relationships with program participants, providers, partners, volunteers and the community. The Manager is accountable for all aspects of Caring Connection’s impact as a mission-driven program of the YMCA. Accountabilities include program management, development and evaluation, staff supervision, coordination of interns and volunteers, working closely with community members and partners, marketing, and assisting the Grants Director to establish sustainable funding streams for the program.
